Refund Policy

Synap Editor subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial purchase period, except where legally mandated by applicable local consumer protection laws. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the annual term. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the term.

3. Statutory Rights & Refund Discretion

All refund requests are subject to review at Paddle's sole discretion, considering the digital nature of the software and actual product usage. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory consumer rights managed by Paddle in accordance with applicable local laws.

4. Technical or Product Defects

If a material defect prevents access to core features as described, please contact editor@synapsoft.co.kr first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle support. Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. License Upon Refund

Once a refund is processed, your API key will be immediately deactivated. Continued loading, integration, or use of Synap Editor after a refund constitutes a copyright violation.

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are handled by Paddle.

  • Log in to your Synap Editor My Account and click "View subscription" to access your billing history and manage your account.
  • Visit paddle.net and select "Request a refund". Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
